Gilberto Lacayo, Esq.
Gilberto Lacayo is the founder of Lacayo Law Firm, P.A. He was born and raised in Miami, Florida as a first-generation American. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Mr. Lacayo has worked in the legal field in South Florida for over a decade, representing clients in personal injury and insurance matters.
Currently, he helps people all throughout Florida with their legal needs - including personal injury, bankruptcy, family, insurance and criminal defense. He is a member of the Florida bar, Federal Court Bar. His compassion, dedication and attention to detail make the difference that gets results for clients.
He believes that all clients must be treated like family. In his spare time, Mr. Lacayo enjoys playing sports is a certified diver and pilot.

Noelia M. Ramos, Esq.
Nicaraguan-born attorney graduated from Law School in 1998 in Universidad Catolica de Nicaragua. Relocated in the United States where she continued her passion to promote justice as Florida Certified Paralegal. In 2002, Mrs. Ramos completed her Immigration Legal Studies at Florida International University.
Later, in 2016, she graduated from Saint Thomas Law School
and joined the American Immigration Lawyers Association to continue developing best practices to achieve better results for her clients.
Mrs. Ramos is constantly volunteering her time to help
the immigrant community through pro-immigrants associations and to advocate for fair and reasonable immigration law. Ms. Ramos is licensed to practice law both in Nicaragua and in Florida.

Claudia G. Cardenas
Claudia G. Cardenas is a third-year law student graduating this December 2025 from St. Thomas University College of Law.
After graduating, she hopes to work in public interest, government, and municipal law. Proud of her American, Nicaraguan, and Colombian heritage, Claudia is committed to serving diverse communities through meaningful legal and civic engagement.
Prior to law school she worked in government and on several political campaigns, experiences that strengthened her dedication to public service.
Outside of school, Claudia actively volunteers and hopes to build a career that combines law, community advocacy, and public service.

Sergio Reynoso, Esq.
Sergio Reynoso is a senior associate at Markovich Grover. He completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University and law school at the University of Miami. He is a member of the Florida Young Lawyers Division. He worked with the founders at their legacy firm.

Sergio's practice focuses primarily on defense of claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act, and the Defense Base Act. He has handled and argued numerous cases both through live trials and trials on submission before the Office of Administrative Law Judges. Sergio enjoys working on appeals to the Benefits Review Board and the federal courts.
